AP Tuner:

One nice little program that I recommend often is AP Tuner. I've used other software tuners and none have been as accurate, simple and smooth operating as this one. Sure, I have a couple of hardware tuners on hand, but often I'm at the computer and running this quick software tuner is just easier. AP Tuner will read any signal that you feed it, either directly into your computer's sound card or from the microphone. I hope it helps you out.
